This class is for a Community Association Manager license. All Home Owners Associations or Condominium Associations in the State of Florida are required to have a Board of Directors of the community association. The Board has the obligation to maintain, manage, and operate the community association. The law does not require the association to hire a manager, but if they do so, the manager must be licensed.
Note: In order to allow for a more personal learning environment, the maximum capacity for each class is 12 students. Therefore, in the occurrence that you can not participate in the class, you will be scheduled for the next available class. No refunds provided.
